Woof! What’s the Dog Saying? (St. Albans)

July 27 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Is a yawn always just a yawn? Why does a dog shake off even when it’s not wet? Why is growling good? Is a tail wag always friendly? Join Deb Helfrich from Gold Star Dog Training on Saturday, July 27 at 10:30am in the Bliss Room at the Saint Albans Museum.

This multi-media extravaganza of fun helps us all understand what dogs say to us with their bodies. We’ll demystify dog communication, reveal some common dog-human misunderstandings, and learn how we can all live safely and happily together. After the presentation, the audience gets to engage in exercises to practice reading dog body language.

(Shhhh…this is for humans only…dogs must be left at home!)

Free and open to the public. Other locations and dates for this lecture: https://www.goldstardog.com/woof/
